15 Songs & Messages To Lift The Human Spirit...And Keep It Lifted
The objective of the AHP CD is two-fold:
1. To use the audio medium to provide as much usable and actionable truth in a timeframe as possible.
2. To use music to make the ideas fun, enjoyable and something people may want to hear again and again.
The following messages when understood and progressively integrated into our lives will increase our "level" of happiness. The songs and messages offer some enjoyable and helpful stepping-stones along the lifelong path towards what is best with us. This path or journey itself being happiness.
